Modules, Imports, and Module Roots¶

Accepted for V1 root module resolution, imports, source loading, and module boundaries. Full package-manager behavior is deferred to CEP-0003: Package Manager and Manifest Evolution.

Catalyst modules provide simple namespacing, deterministic builds, first-class tooling support, and separate compilation where practical.
